Nasdaq’s BUUU Just Split 10-for-1. The Bigger Story? AI Data Centers Built in Months, Not Years.

SPONSORED INVESTOR FEATURE

Capital Markets Dispatch launches new sponsored investor coverage as BUUU transforms into an AI infrastructure company, with CNBC spotlighting its technology, a proposed Indiana project and a potential $9 billion global pipeline.

A New Nasdaq Story Is Emerging

Capital Markets Dispatch is excited to announce a new sponsored research and investor-awareness engagement covering BUUU Group Limited (Nasdaq: BUUU).

And the timing couldn’t be more interesting.

BUUU has completed a major corporate transformation, implemented a 10-for-1 forward stock split effective October 26, and entered one of the most exciting industries in the world: artificial intelligence infrastructure.

But here’s what really caught our attention.

CNBC recently went behind the scenes to showcase the remarkable technology behind BUUU’s newly acquired business, Brightray Science.

And what they discovered could have significant implications for the future of AI data center construction.

What If Data Centers Could Be Built in Nine Months Instead of Three Years?

The artificial intelligence revolution has an enormous challenge.

The world needs computing infrastructure faster than conventional construction methods can deliver it.

Traditional U.S. data center developments can take two to three years. But Brightray is pursuing a dramatically different approach.

Using factory-built, prefabricated modules, Brightray targets delivery of certain large-scale data center facilities in just six to nine months.

CNBC’s fascinating documentary, Inside China’s Race to Build the World’s Data Centers, takes viewers inside this emerging industry and examines how modular construction could revolutionize AI infrastructure deployment.

The nine-month comparison reflects prefabricated construction experience in Southeast Asia, not a guaranteed U.S. construction timeline.

This is something investors need to see to appreciate the technology and its potential.

BUUU’s Transformation Is Just Beginning

On September 15, 2026, BUUU completed its acquisition of a 60% controlling interest in Brightray Science.

Previously known for event management and production services, BUUU has now made industrialized AI infrastructure its core growth business.

Brightray reports experience at Malaysia’s 120MW Sedenak Tech Park campus, where approximately 70MW is already operating. This represents project-delivery experience, not data center capacity owned by BUUU.

The company also reports manufacturing capacity of approximately 300MW annually.

That industrial platform could support significant growth if Brightray successfully converts its international opportunities into profitable contracts.

Indiana Could Open the Door to America

On October 14, Brightray announced a proposed 10MW AI data center project in Indiana, representing its first U.S. project letter of intent.

The American infrastructure partner intends to issue a purchase order by November 15, 2026, although the agreement remains nonbinding.

A successful U.S. project could establish an important reference for Brightray, potentially opening opportunities for substantially larger developments.

The real excitement isn’t simply the first 10 megawatts. It’s what a successful first project could lead to.

A Potential $9 Billion Global Opportunity

Management has identified a prospective international pipeline expected to reach approximately 2 gigawatts, representing about $9 billion in potential contract value for Brightray’s infrastructure solutions.

The opportunities span the United States, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

These are potential opportunities, not guaranteed contracts or revenue. Their realization depends on financing, commercial agreements and successful execution.

Nevertheless, the scale is extraordinary.

If Brightray can establish its manufacturing model internationally and attract repeat customers, BUUU could evolve into a significantly larger AI infrastructure business.

We’re Bringing This Story to Investors

BUUU’s 10-for-1 split creates a new share-price structure without changing the company’s underlying economic value.

But the transformation behind the ticker is what makes this company worth examining.

As BUUU builds its new investor-facing identity, Capital Markets Dispatch is launching ongoing research coverage, investor articles, professional videos and targeted distribution to bring this story directly to our investor audience.

For those researching the business, Brightray Science can be found at www.brightraydc.com.

The AI revolution isn’t just about developing faster chips.

It’s about building the infrastructure that makes everything possible.

And Nasdaq’s BUUU is positioning itself to compete for a share of that enormous opportunity.
